What You Will Do:

  • Lead the vision and execution for Builder Solutions Onboarding and Builder Tools, ensuring cohesion across related systems, workflows, and teams.

  • In alignment with organization product goals, create clear guidance that help teams stay aligned and make sound decisions.

  • Establish shared ways of working that help teams operate consistently, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term architecture, operational efficiency, cost controls, and customer trust, making explicit trade-offs using clear, well-reasoned judgment.

  • Influence cross-team decision-making by clearly articulating domain strategy and frameworks that teams adopt to stay aligned.

  • Resolve cross-team conflicts by grounding decisions in customer trust, data, mechanisms, and long-term business impact.

  • Strengthen how teams work together by improving written communication, decision quality, and constructive debate, enabling clearer alignment and more reliable execution.

  • Mentor other product colleagues and senior PMs.

  • Demonstrate strong ownership, stepping up to lead through ambiguity, resolve complex issues, and strengthen the long-term health of the product and business.

  • Create meaningful impact by defining domain-level direction and guidelines that help teams move faster and make better decisions.

  • Identify and resolve complex customer, operational, or architectural issues, creating durable improvements that unlock long-term value and efficiency.

  • Increase team effectiveness by improving how decisions are made, how success is measured, and how teams deliver.

  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, translating insights into clear direction and actionable product requirements.

  • Create mechanisms to track product performance and assess success. Ensure insights inform future iterations.

  • Partner with senior engineering, design, sales, and business leaders to drive alignment on priorities, resolve complex challenges, and ensure clear direction across teams.

  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to guide decisions.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ Years of demonstrated success as a Product Manager or related role.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts, outline trade-offs, and guide teams toward clear, aligned decisions.

  • Deep business acumen with the ability to identify trends, assess opportunities and risks, and shape product direction.

  • Highly adaptable and steady in ambiguity. Able to help teams stay focused through change and make clear, grounded decisions in new or uncertain situations.

  • Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex, challenges and guide others toward effective solutions.

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and with internal and external stakeholders.
