Strivector s premier client, a well-known market leader in their space, is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEW As a Staff Program Manager Commercial Aircraft Aftermarket, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements across program activities.
• Drive program objectives within established scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and communicate program budgets, plans, and schedules.
• Monitor cost, schedule, and task completion across multiple initiatives.
• Lead day-to-day communication with customers, management, and functional teams.
• Drive timely resolution of program issues.
• Support proposal teams and business capture campaigns.
• Drive process improvements and standard work within Program Management.
• Collaborate with OE Program Managers and organizational stakeholders.
• Help sustain and expand the organization s book of business.

QUALIFICATIONS Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Staff Program Manager who enjoys your work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Staff Program Manager would be someone with deep experience in many of the following:

• Bachelor of Science degree with 10+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 6 years of Program Management experience.
• Aerospace and/or engineering industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing program budgets, plans, schedules, and multiple initiatives.
• Strong understanding of contractual requirements and scope adherence.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Commercial Aircraft Aftermarket experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
