Job Summary:This role seeks a seasoned Service Designer to lead the strategic vision for workforce management initiatives, aiming to elevate them into a premier Administrative Services Organization. You will tackle complex, end-to-end service experiences, bringing clarity to ambiguity and influencing company-wide roadmaps. The objective is to deliver a more integrated, valuable, and efficient experience for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Define strategic direction for complex service experiences.
Lead planning and execution of comprehensive service design projects.
Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
Develop and visualize coherent service strategies.
Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and problem-solving.

Must-Have Skills:

Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence without authority.
Mastery of service design and systems thinking methodologies.
Demonstrated experience prompting and using AI tools.
