Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
This position is looking for a highly motivated test engineer with emphasis in developmental and operational test of Anduril's suite of software enabled systems in our Connected Warfare division. You will work heavily with cross-functional engineering and program stakeholders to support and/or lead tiger teams focused on solving hard problems and changing the industry forever. The role will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution and reporting on all facets of the test program - emphasis is on the EXECUTION portion of the role. We need a leader capable of being "hands on the keyboard", capable of creating scripts, automating test procedures, while simultaneously leading less experienced test engineers.
The Test and Evaluation team at Anduril works across the entire spectrum of products and business lines, as well as all flight operations and test range management. Our team conducts full system level development testing, new production acceptance testing, sub-component qualification testing and much more. In short, if it involves test, we support it. If you are interested in working in an extremely innovative and fast paced environment, where your work directly makes an impact and difference in the products that are fielded this a fantastic opportunity.

- Work closely with program management, test leads, and other engineering department leads to develop requirements, communicate test campaign schedule and progress, establish test campaign gates and milestones, and discuss test results to include collected data and observations.
- Conduct and/or oversee test data collection efforts and perform initial data analysis for the system under test.
- Automate initial issue investigation and process improvement and development.
- Analyze automated test results, track performance trends, and recommend automated enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze test results, identify performance trends, and recommend enhancements or corrective actions.
- Manage the use of software test environments and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate testing activities.
- Support Connected Warfare product teams in understanding automated software test capabilities and limitations.
- Work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
- Ensure the safe operation and rigorous evaluation of all test efforts.

This experience should include experience with RF communications/tactical datalinks and operational data framework for at least one of the uniformed services.
- Experience with developing requirements, test planning, test execution, and test reporting.
