Job Description: Title: Staff Solution Program ManagerOverview: The role is to coordinate the design and implementation of MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and Operations Technologies for Costa Rica.Ideally, we’re asking for: Strong project leadership and cross-functional effectiveness Onsite in Acton (3-times per week) Drives the project by reaching out to the various team members, in person where needed Collaborate with Finance to align budget, track PO’s and cashflow Maintain the dashboards and RACI Maintain the sharepoint/teams/smartsheet communication tools Coordinate the series of workshops to be run with Client, the chosen System Integrator. Also must have experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System This position is responsible for the delivery of programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish. The Staff Solution Program Manager demonstrates solution ownership and guides teams through program execution process to realize strategic objectives of the franchises they support. The Staff SPM uses professional program management concepts and frameworks in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in a creative and effective way and exercises a balance of independent judgment and group organization in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.Responsibilities·Responsible for planning, program management, and on-time delivery of major strategic priorities and complex large-scale system releases supporting the franchise programs across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains.·Build and maintain overall detailed project plan, Gantt chart, status updates, and RAIDE Register (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.·Maintain and update project schedule and dependencies integrated with Agile teams, ARTs, and Solutions PI Plans·Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned program(s)·Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.·Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success·Assist Product Owners and core teams in problem solving and scenario analysis to assess impact of change requests·Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess impact of PI Planning output to overall plan·Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards and corporate policies.·Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand.·Perform other duties as required. Key Decision Rights·Contributes to 24-month program roadmap & supporting detailed integrated project plan, identification and communication of major programs risks, issues, and blockers impacting overall program delivery·Influences program timelines, budget, and priorities, change management of any changes impacting overall program timelineRequired Leadership/Interpersonal Skills & Behaviors·Strong influence management skills –track record of influencing behaviors·Excellent communication, collaboration, problem solving, and people skills·Desire to learn and to help teams continuously improve·Courage to challenge & advise various stakeholders, including senior leadersRequired Skills and Competencies·SDLC and Infrastructure Program Management experience·Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience·Project management certification preferred·Experience leading development, testing, and launch of hardware, software, and cloud systems·Experienced working with Agile teams to develop and launch strategic programs against concreate deadlines·Knowledge of computer systems validation and QMS compliance·Demonstrated flexibility and ability to function in a fast-paced, growth industry and work environment·Proficient in the following computer software applications: MS 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project, Outlook, Teams), Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Timeline Pro·Helpful to have working knowledge or familiarity with:- Agile applications (Jira & Confluence)- CRM Environments (SalesForce, Marketing Cloud)- ERP system (SAP)- Integration (Mulesoft)- PLM & QMS applications (Arena)- PPM tools (Clarity)Education and Experience·Bachelor's Degree·At least 10 years of overall work experience in a technical discipline and 5 years of demonstrated experience in a program management roleStart Date - End Date: May 25 –Dec 31, 2026
