As a Staff TPM, you will be a pivotal leader in a cross-functional team, driving the mission to build the world's best quantum products.
You will operate at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that our programs not only meet technical specifications but also drive significant business outcomes and operational efficiencies.

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in production and site management, with a proven track record of managing complex hardware and software integration projects from concept to delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Lean and Six Sigma practices to capture data and drive quantitative improvements in operational efficiency and inform strategic decisions.
- A deep understanding of how to set up production lines, optimize material flow in constrained spaces, and implement continuous improvement strategies in a manufacturing setting.
You'd be a great fit with:
- Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in a technical discipline with a focus on classical sensing, secure communication, or networking.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent Lean Manufacturing credentials.
- Experience with program management and ERP tools such as Jira, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong business acumen with experience in production capacity modeling, material readiness forecasting, and driving site-level operational changes.
- Experience leading prototype-to-production transitions, specifically focusing on setting up new production lines and supply chains.
