About the Role
As a Staffing Associate, youll help scale our workforce by processing a high volume of candidate interviews efficiently and consistently.
This role is built for speed and output. Youll run many short interviews each day while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume 15-minute video interviews
- Maintain speed while preserving quality standards
- Evaluate candidates against defined criteria
- Log outcomes quickly and accurately
- Keep pipeline moving without bottlenecks
Requirements
- Comfort working in high-throughput environments
- Strong focus and consistency over long sessions
- Clear communicator on video calls
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- 30+ hours/week availability
