Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pmEducation: High School Diploma or EquivalentExperience:1-3 years of experience in a laboratory settingInterviews will be via Teams meetings and maybe onsite, local candidates only100% Onsite

JOB SUMMARY & FUNCTIONS:The purpose of this position is:Performs quality-related functions such as product sampling, inspection, and testing. Makes day-to-day quality decisions, manages nonconforming product, and completes process validations and certification testing.This position includes significant duties such as:Performs daily fit, form, and function product testing in the QA lab and certification testing as assignedPerforms mold qualification testing, including new parts and modifications to moldsCompletes incoming inspectionsMakes decisions on day-to-day quality issues and communicates related instructions to those necessaryGathers product samples for testingUnderstands and carries out the quarantine procedure for nonconforming productsKnows how to operate testing and measuring equipment in the lab following proper protocolCollects and processes lot samplesAssists in investigating Customer Concerns as neededParticipates in other related functions to ensure product qualityWorking Conditions:Good working conditions in the QA lab with good lighting and climate control. Some exposure to chemicals and odors. Proper protective attire such as gloves, eye protection, and respirators are available.Experience:12 or more months experience in a quality lab preferred
