Work Arrangement: Hybrid position. Candidate must be onsite at least three days per week.Interview Process: Onsite interview required.Scope of PositionThe IMS Technician will be responsible for assisting the Senior IMS Analyst with day-to-day activites supporting the Newton Cable Plant.Day to Day ResponsibilitiesInteract with customer to gather and define system/solution requirementsAssist in the deployment and maintenance of IMS devices, printers, scan guns, servers, etc.Review and update document repository in Sharepoint for AI enablementTroubleshoot hardware and software problems that may have a significant impact on the businessSupport IMS projectsRequired Education and Experience2 year degree in computer science or related field2+ years experience in an IT support role, including experience supporting hardware and software componentsRequired SkillsUnderstanding of server and network infrastructureMicrosoft 365 including Sharepoint and OneNoteCybersecurity mindsetAbility to work independently with minimal oversight and managementPervious experience in a manufacutring environment preferredWork HoursMonday
