Staffing - Eng. Multi-Discipline Technician II

Day to Day Responsibilities• Assist with correcting and maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM) data in SAP• Assist with correcting and maintaining Routing data in SAP• Support configuration and maintenance of workflows in MES• Review system data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency• Work with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to resolve data issues• Ensure changes are completed in accordance with internal procedures and documentation requirements• If primary assignments are completed, provide document control support within Windchill and Adept• Maintain document revisions and ensure documents are stored in the appropriate systems and locations• Support maintenance of project and related data in Open Project• Assist with organization and upkeep of shared file management systems• Perform general data cleanup and administrative support related to engineering and manufacturing systems Required Skills• Experience with SAP data entry, maintenance, or correction activities• Familiarity with MES or Manufacturing Execution Systems• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately within controlled systems• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow established procedures• Strong organizational skills• Written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Desired Skills• Experience maintaining BOM and Routing data in SAP• Experience configuring workflows in MES• Familiarity with document control systems such as Windchill and Adept• Experience with Open Project and shared file management systems• Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight• Willingness to support both system data management and document control activities Education/Experience• Associates Degree required• 1–3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing systems, document control, or data management Additional Requirements• Must be detail oriented and capable of maintaining a high level of data accuracy• Must be comfortable working across multiple systems and databases• Must be able to follow defined processes and ensure documentation is current and properly controlled• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is preferred
