Job Description
The Fountain Group isa national staffing firm, and we are currently seeking a Contamination Control Technician for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Fairport, NY 14450. Details of the position are as follows:Job Details:
- Pay: $30-32/hour to Start!!
- 12 months assignment, Potential for extension or conversion based on performance and budget.
- Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Position will be mainly responsible for monitoring and maintaining cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environments to prevent, reduce, and eliminate contamination risks.
- Position will be responsible for supporting production operations through contamination control processes, environmental monitoring, equipment inspections, and documentation activities.
- Position will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting contamination control data using Microsoft Office tools while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Position will be responsible for troubleshooting contamination-related issues, maintaining contamination control equipment, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
- Associate's degree (AS/AAS) in a related technical field is Required!
- U.S. Citizenship or U.S. National status in compliance with ITAR requirements is Required!
- Experience monitoring cleanrooms, controlled environments, or manufacturing production spaces is Required!
- Experience supporting contamination control programs in a manufacturing or production environment is Required!
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is Required!
- Fundamental knowledge of electronic equipment and troubleshooting techniques is Required!
- Strong documentation and technical reporting skills are Required!
- Experience with cleanroom protocols, particularly within semiconductor manufacturing environments, is Preferred!
- Experience with process monitoring, data collection, and trend analysis is Preferred!
