Hiring Hub is a growing staffing company with an ambitious vision. We're expanding quickly and searching for a Branch Manager who wants more than maintaining the status quo. What You'll Do

· Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.

· Lead and coach a recruiting team.

· Hire and train new team members, and train using Hiring Hub University

· Visit client job sites and build relationships with hiring managers.

· Partner with executive leadership to grow the Albuquerque market.

· Use AI and technology to improve efficiency and customer service.

· Serve as a working manager who leads by example.

We're Looking for Someone Who...

· Has Light Industrial staffing experience.

· Has managed or coached recruiters.

· Enjoys business development.

· Builds trust with clients and employees.

· Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

· Takes ownership and embraces accountability.

Qualifications

· 3+ years of Light Industrial staffing experience.

· 2+ years of Leadership experience.

· Business development and sales experience.

· Experience with ATS/CRM systems.

· Valid driver's license.
