Staffing Business Development Representative (Industrial Sales Experience) | Tulsa, OK

Position Summary:We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative with experience in industrial sales to grow and expand our client base. This role focuses on building strong relationships within the industrial sector to promote our staffing services, create new business opportunities, and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the industrial market, proven experience in B2B sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Develop New Business:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new business leads within the industrial sector.
- Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
Build and Maintain Client Relationships:
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in the industrial market to understand client requirements.
- Regularly meet with clients to discuss staffing needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Consultative Selling:
