• Location: Seattle, WA
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Job Responsibilities

• Source and Recruit High-Quality Candidates to Meet our Clients’ Needs
• Screen and Interview Qualified Candidates
• Create strong relationships with Healthcare Providers, Serving as their Primary Point of Contact
• Oversee Healthcare Providers
• Negotiate Wages with Candidates
• Staff and Schedule Healthcare Providers
• Manage Relationships with Ro Health Clients
• Develop Skills Needed in a Management Role
• Handle Additional Operations including Payroll and Marketing
• Operate at All Times with a High Level of Honesty and Integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Leadership Experience

Compensation

• Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
• Quarterly Bonuses!
