JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking independent contract,(1099), recruiters. Contract Recruiters will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for employers.
JOB DUTIES:
- Source qualified candidates via networking, job sites, etc.
- Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
- Advise hiring managers to help them make the best hiring decision.
- Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics.
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle.
- Proven success in the recruiting industry.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient with recruiting software (Applicant Tracking Systems, Onboarding Software).
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices.
