Job Description

Claiborne at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Staffing Coordinator to support clinical staffing operations within our senior living community. This role plays a vital part in ensuring appropriate coverage, budget alignment, and quality service delivery. In senior living, effective staffing directly impacts resident care and team morale.

What You’ll Do

Develop and manage staffing schedules for CNAs, CMAs, and PSAs
Ensure appropriate coverage while adhering to budgeted labor hours
Participate in on-call rotation as assigned
Coordinate work assignments and staffing adjustments as needed
Support onboarding and orientation for new care team members
Track training requirements and assist with competency documentation
Attend daily stand-up meetings to support staffing and resident care needs
Maintain accurate records and prepare staffing reports
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, or workforce management
Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling best practices
Proficiency with scheduling software and standard office applications
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
