You'll work closely with a small, motivated team to deliver precise scheduling that adheres to union rules and clinical standards, all while supporting a healthcare staff-focused mission that makes a real difference.What You'll Do As a Staffing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Managing and coordinating staff schedules for multiple units within specified time blocks*
Building new staff orientations and onboarding schedules*
Handling staff call-outs and substitutions promptly and accurately*
Ensuring schedule and payroll accuracy, following bargaining unit rules and clinical standards*
Collaborating with team members and managers to balance staffing needs and preferences
