Staffing Coordinator

Evansville, IN (47710)Join a fast‑growing commercial cleaning company that proudly supports office buildings, banks, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and schools across the Evansville region. We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator who is organized, dependable, and ready to help build strong teams.Key ResponsibilitiesApplicant Outreach
Make initial contact with job applicants and schedule next‑step conversations.Phone Screenings
Conduct structured phone interviews with prospective candidates.Job Site Knowledge
Learn all active job sites and provide applicants with accurate role descriptions and expectations.Onboarding & Offboarding
Assist with new‑hire setup and employee offboarding processes.Document Management
Upload onboarding forms, training records, termination paperwork, and other required documentation.Daily Team Meeting
Attend the 4:00 PM meeting and share updates on weekly hiring metrics.Weekly Reporting
Prepare and submit reports covering new hires, terminations, referrals, and applicant communication.Payroll Coordination
Work with payroll to remove inactive employees from tracking systems.What You Need to SucceedReliable attendance and consistent punctuality
