This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping candidates find meaningful employment opportunities.As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in recruiting, screening, onboarding, and supporting employees while maintaining strong communication with clients and associates. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, and workforce management within a fast-paced staffing environment. What You'll Do

• Recruit candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing methods
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Match candidates to open positions based on skills, experience, and client requirements
• Schedule interviews and coordinate hiring activities
• Answer incoming calls and assist applicants, employees, and clients
• Process applications and maintain accurate candidate records
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including employment paperwork and pre-employment requirements
• Maintain regular communication with employees on assignment
• Conduct employee check-ins and provide ongoing support
• Assist with job postings and recruiting initiatives
• Update applicant tracking systems and databases
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, employees, and clients

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

• Recruiting or staffing industry experience
• Human Resources support experience
• Customer service or call center experience
• Administrative or office support experience
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience
• Sales, recruiting, or relationship-building experience
