Join a team that helps keep patient care running smoothly.Mass General Brigham Medical Group is seeking a highly organized Staffing Coordinator to support our growing Express Care operations. This part-time role is ideal for a healthcare administrative professional who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can confidently navigate staffing challenges as they arise.In this position, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our Express Care centers are appropriately staffed by coordinating schedules, responding to call-outs, and partnering with operational leaders to address daily staffing needs.We understand that flexibility matters. After an initial onsite training and mentorship period, this position will transition to a fully remote schedule, offering the opportunity to work from home while making a meaningful impact across our practices.Schedule & FlexibilityQualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred, or Associate's Degree in a related field of study preferred.
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
- Customer service experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
- 1-2 years of electronic database management experience preferred
- Call center or high-volume practice experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, receptionist, or customer service roles preferred.
