Staffing Coordinator/CNA
Full Time Days - Some Weekends

UMC is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator/CNA for our Pitman Manor Community.
Pitman Manor, a UMC Community in Gloucester County, our senior community in Pitman New Jersey, is truly integrated into the life of the town. We are part of a beautiful residential neighborhood, near to highways and public transportation with easy access to both Philadelphia as well as the Jersey Shore.
The Staffing Coordinator/CNA will work in tandem with the Nurse Mentor to support the non-clinical aspects of the household by supporting C.N.A's, and ensuring residents and families overall needs are being met.
Requirements for a Staffing Coordinator/CNA:
- Current and valid C.N.A in New Jersey OR willing to obtain CNA
- Previous Long Term Care experience required
- 5+ years of Long Term Care/Sub Acute experience required
