Position Summary
The Staffing Coordinator II independently manages staffing activities and client workforce needs. This role is responsible for consistently filling job orders, managing candidate pipelines, and maintaining strong client and employee relationships.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage assigned client accounts and job requisitions
- Source and screen candidates independently
- Maintain ongoing candidate pipelines
- Fill routine staffing orders within established timelines
- Coordinate employee onboarding and assignment placement
- Resolve employee attendance and performance issues
- Maintain communication with client contacts
- Forecast staffing needs for assigned accounts
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements
- Assist with training and development of junior team members
