Staffing Manager
Masiello Employment Services is a regional staffing company serving Southern NH, VT and Western MA for over 40 years. What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional service to candidates, clients, field employees, and team members*
- Create a positive and memorable candidate experience that reflects Masiello Employment Services' commitment to people*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients*
- Contribute to business development efforts through networking, prospecting, referrals, and community involvement*
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing candidates*
- Manage field employees placed on assignments by providing ongoing support, coaching, and problem resolution to promote successful placements and positive employment experiences*
- Represent Masiello Employment Services at job fairs, networking events, and workforce development initiatives*
- Utilize ATS and CRM technology to identify talent, communicate with candidates, and support client relationships
