Hiring Immediately! Masiello Employment Services has an exciting opportunity for an internal position in our Keene, NH office. We are looking for just the right person to join our small team of busy and fun staffing professionals as a Staffing Manager! This position could be full or part-time and offers pay commensurate with experience and benefits based on eligibility. There is also potential for a monthly bonus based on team performance!

Our office is focused on full life cycle recruitment activities to attract candidates to fill job openings; including job postings, sourcing, job fairs, community events, working with state agencies, and other methods. We work hard to provide our clients with the best candidates for their positions through reviewing skills/experience as well as the cultural fit.

Your duties/responsibilities as the Staffing Manager:

Serve as account manager for assigned client companies
Assist client companies to identify and meet their hiring needs
Take job orders from clients - advertise and promote new opportunities
Source and interview candidates to match appropriately with open job orders
Utilize social media and online job boards to market job opportunities and find new candidates
Provide interview and resume tips to assist candidates with their job search
