Job Description

Primary Skills: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (advanced), Candidate Sourcing (advanced), High-Volume Recruiting (advanced), Relationship Management (advanced), Talent Pipeling (advanced) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 3+ Months Location: Dayton, OH (#LI- Onsite) Pay Range: $60- $65/hr W2#LPJob Summary: This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment for entry-level positions within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. You will be instrumental in identifying, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The position requires a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic sourcing and recruitment plans.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Deliver a superior candidate journey.
Effectively manage numerous demands simultaneously.
Develop candidate pipelines based on market trends.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
