Hiregy is seeking a Staffing Recruiter for our internal team!
Job Title: Client Services Manager (Recruiter)Location: Tampa, 33607 - WFH FlexibleOnsite required M, W, F and/or as-needed to collect IDs, conduct drug screenings, etc.Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM work hours are requiredMust be able to flex after-hours for client needsPay: Depending upon experience$80,000+ on target earnings, no commission capThe Client Services Manager sources, recruits, screens, connects and manages exceptional temporary employees/contractors for our clients. The Client Services Manager directly impacts our client’s success (and ours) by providing exceptional candidates for our client’s job openings.Key Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates daily through a variety of channels, including our internal candidate database.
- Recruit and engage with prospective candidates through a two-step interview process, beginning with a candidate-focused phone screen to understand their goals, followed by a virtual interview to pitch and discuss client opportunities that are a strong fit.
- Work directly with our client’s hiring managers to fulfill their recruiting requirements by connecting them to exceptional candidates.*
- Manage a staff of temporary/contract employees which includes negotiating job offers, onboarding new hires, coaching, disciplining and termination.*
- Proactively market potential candidates to our clients for consideration.*
- Responsible for meeting key metrics to build a solid candidate pool within a specific niche area*
- What types of roles do we work on? Large call center classes, administrative roles, leadership roles, human resources roles, and more!
What does success look like?
- Manage a high-volume workload of ~30 open roles at a time
- Conduct a target of 20+ interviews weekly with qualified candidates
- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Proactively build talent pipelines through networking and diverse sourcing strategies (not a “post and pray” approach)
- As a boutique agency, focus on quality over quantity—delivering highly qualified candidates rather than volume
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree
- Call center recruiting experience
