Staffing SchedulerPay:$20.00 per hour (DOE)Location:Tulsa, OK 74137Shift:Tuesday Saturday | 7: 00 AM 7: 00 PM with some flexibilityJob Type:Temp-to-HireJob Order #:125533Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable and organized Staffing Scheduler to join an Assisted Living team in Tulsa. This position is responsible for coordinating schedules for caregivers, CNAs, medication aides, and nursing staff to ensure residents receive quality care through proper staffing coverage.The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and communication skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment, and can effectively manage scheduling priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Previous scheduling, staffing, healthcare, or administrative experience preferred Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or another healthcare setting is a plus Strong communication and telephone skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and scheduling software Ability to work independently and make sound staffing decisions in a fast-paced environmentEssential Duties & Responsibilities Create, maintain, and update staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts Receive employee call-offs and attendance notifications Contact available staff members to fill open shifts and last-minute vacancies Answer incoming calls related to scheduling and staffing needs Coordinate shift swaps and schedule changes in accordance with facility policies Monitor staffing levels and communicate coverage concerns to management Maintain accurate scheduling records and attendance documentation Work closely with caregivers, CNAs, medication aides, nurses, and department supervisors Assist with overtime management and staffing compliance Provide professional and courteous customer service to employees, residents, and familiesPreferred Qualifications Previous healthcare staffing or scheduling experience Experience using scheduling or workforce management software Knowledge of staffing compliance and overtime management Strong customer service and conflict resolution skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday as needed Frequent use of computers, telephones, and office equipment Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environmentWork Environment Assisted Living facility Fast-paced healthcare office environment Frequent interaction with nursing staff, caregivers, management, residents, and families Professional, team-oriented workplace focused on delivering quality resident careWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Competitive starting pay Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in a rewarding healthcare environment Stable, full-time schedule Supportive team with opportunities for professional growthReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also apply in person at:Stand-By Personnel1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PM
