ABACUS is NOW HIRINGa Staffing Specialist/Recruiter. As a Staffing Specialist you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within our company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization is staffed with the best possible candidates, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business. This is very high-volume recruitment.

Job Duties:

Identify and reach out to potential job candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications
Place job openings on our Application Tracking System portal
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements by conducting intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Responsible for creating and implementing onboarding, conducting orientation sessions, and reviewing company policies.
Respond promptly to email submissions
Work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate professional phone and office etiquette
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Demonstrate effective communication and listening skills

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or GED.

Requirements:

Must have experience with very high-volume recruiting.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and transportation.
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
