Job Title: Staging & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Ogden, Utah

Schedule: Monday Friday | 5:00 AM 1:30 PM (First Shift)

Job Type: Long-term, full-time

Position Overview

Smart Trade is seeking an experienced Staging & Inventory Coordinator to support our fast-paced manufacturing operations in Ogden, Utah. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations, and material handling who thrives in a detail-oriented and team-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials
Stage and prepare materials for production based on schedules
Pull and kit parts according to pick lists and work orders
Monitor inventory levels and identify shortages proactively
Process inventory transactions within ERP or inventory systems
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Coordinate replenishment of materials to avoid production delays
Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling roles
Experience with inventory control systems or ERP software preferred
Ability to read and interpret work orders and production schedules
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer and math skills
Forklift experience is a plus

Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contract work
