- Performing routine inspections and troubleshooting equipment issues promptly.*

- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating punch presses or related equipment in manufacturing.*
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills for equipment adjustments and repairs.*
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.*
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for all shifts.*
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.*
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are essential for 2nd shift roles.
