Summary of Primary Functions: Provide support services for BDS and Field services by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

• Calculating Industrial Engineering standards.

• Create shop orders in the ERP system.

• Assign Material and labor to each shop order.

• Answers phones, redirects calls, and takes messages.

• Commits pours from the scheduling system to create shop order in the ERP system.

• Read shop cards and enter in to IE Masters to calculate standards.

• Communicates labor recording discrepancies with appropriate party.

• Checks shop cards for discrepancies and obtains clarification from engineering.

• Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Closing and selling orders.

• Consult with IE on manufacturing process to read IE Masters correctly.

• Month end procedures as specified by accounting.

Job Specifications or Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

Experience: Less than 1 year of prior or related experience is required.
