Job Description

Job Title: Stapler / Felt Production Associate

Location: Temple, GAShift: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (Normal Hours)Current Mandatory Overtime: Monday Friday, 6:00 AM 4:30 PM + Saturdays, 6:00 AM 12:00 PM$15 PER HOUR OVER-TIME $22.50

Role Overview: We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals for permanent positions in our Stapler/Felt department. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires precision and physical stamina. We are looking for long-term team members who are serious about their career growth.NO ATTENDANCE ISSUES, AND MUST BE A TEAM PLAYER

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately cutting felt materials using industrial scissors.
Securing felt to components using manual or pneumatic staplers.
Maintaining a high speed of production to meet daily department goals.
Performing repetitive hand and arm motions throughout the duration of the shift.

Requirements:

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the entire shift and work in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Must be able to work mandatory overtime, including 10-hour weekdays and Saturday mornings.
Safety Gear: Steel-toe boots are required at all times.
Screening: Must be able to pass a background check and a 10-panel drug screen.
Commitment: We are looking for dependable candidates seeking permanent employment.
