Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Identify coverage gaps and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Assist clients with claims, payments, and policy updates
Convert leads into new business through consultative selling
Deliver prompt, professional, and accurate service every time

Requirements

Willingness to obtain an insurance license
Prior insurance sales or service experience
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Vietnamese) are a plus
Ability to work in a team enviroment
