Job Description
The State Farm Marketing Associate is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the agency's marketing, outreach, and customer acquisition efforts. This position helps drive new business opportunities by executing marketing activities, engaging with prospective customers, and promoting the agency's products and services. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and comfortable communicating with the public both in person and through digital channels.
Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Outside Marketing
- Event Marketing
- Outbound Calls on Purchased Leads
- Calling to Cross Sell
- Gathering Information for a Quote
- Inputting Information Into System for Sales Agents
- Assigning Opportunities to Sales Agents
- Highschool diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with the public in person and by phone
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing tools
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn insurance-related concepts and compliance guidelines
- Prior customer-facing or sales experience is a plus but not required
