We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven State Farm Insurance Account Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will help clients understand their insurance options, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. First-year earnings: $45,000-$65,000 (base pay plus commission)

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Present and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance

Requirements

Candidate must have P&C License
Candidate must have Life & Health License
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
