People Source OKC is Hiring – Steel Door AssemblerLocation: Oklahoma City, OKPay: $18.00–$20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PMJob Type: Temp-to-HirePosition OverviewPeople Source OKC is hiring a skilled and dependable Steel Door Assembler to join a growing production team. This position involves assembling steel and exterior door components with precision and attention to detail using a variety of hand and power tools. The ideal candidate will have strong craftsmanship skills, the ability to read a tape measure accurately, and experience working in a manufacturing or construction-related environment.Job Responsibilities
- Assemble steel door units and related components according to specifications
- Interpret work tickets and follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Measure materials and assemblies using a tape measure to ensure accuracy
- Perform basic quality inspections on completed products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support a safe and efficient production environment
- Assist with additional assembly and production duties as needed
- Experience using basic hand and power tools required
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship skills
- Ability to visualize finished products during the assembly process
- General construction or residential building knowledge is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
