If you're organized, safety-focused, and experienced in material handling, this is your opportunity to take charge and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead & Coordinate: Direct daily steel movement, staging, and shop logistics.
- Operate Equipment: Use cranes and forklifts to load, unload, and relocate materials.
- Manage Inventory: Track incoming/outgoing materials and maintain accurate records.
- Mentor the Team: Train staff on rigging techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure Safety: Promote a safe work environment and maintain a clean, organized shop.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in steel or industrial material handling (leadership experience a plus).
- Proficiency in crane and forklift operation (certifications preferred).
- Basic rigging knowledge and the ability to read fabrication drawings.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
