This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team and gain valuable experience in a reputable facility.Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unitCollaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomesUtilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentationMaintain a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during the day shift and 1:5-6 during the night shiftWork every other weekend as part of your scheduleRequirements:Need 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care settingActive Illinois nursing license at the time of submissionEPIC experience requiredAmerican Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certificationsProfessional references from within the last 24 months preferredDriver‘s License requiredApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
