Now Hiring: Sterilization Technician — Alexandria, LA

$15–$16/hr | Full-time | Direct Hire

Join a fast-paced, patient-centered dental practice where your work directly supports excellent care. We’re looking for a dependable Sterilization Technician to keep our instruments, equipment, and clinical spaces safe, clean, and ready for daily procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Sterilize, disinfect, and prepare instruments

  • Maintain sterilization equipment and required logs

  • Assemble trays for scheduled procedures

  • Keep work areas clean and organized

  • Provide general support to the clinical team

Qualifications

  • Experience with dental or medical sterilization

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

  • Efficient, organized, and able to work at a steady pace

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
