Job Description
- Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
- Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
- Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water.
- Stock all food areas with necessary inventory.
- Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
- Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
- Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
- Comply fully with the company's safety policies and procedures.
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
- Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
- Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
weekends.
- Other duties may be assigned at any time.
