You'll work closely with the inventory management team to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe, organized workspace.What Youll Do:
- Count, record, and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Perform regular cycle counts and participate in annual physical inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Properly store materials and finished products in designated areas, ensuring organization and easy access.
- Prepare and stage materials required for production needs.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including packing, labeling, and coordinating shipment schedules.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety procedures and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to support overall operational efficiency.
- Utilize RF scanners and inventory management systems to accurately track stock levels and movements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or training in logistics, supply chain, or inventory management is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, stock clerk roles, or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory data.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory software and RF scanners.
- Experience with RF scanners (ID: 115475) or similar technology to ensure efficient and precise stock management.
