Position Overview:We are seeking a StoreManager with strong hospitalityand customer service skills to lead our team. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on creating a positive customer experience both in person and over the phone, while also managing the daily operations of the store. This role requires balancing operational excellence with hands-on leadership and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service.
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services.
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team of employees.
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to build loyalty and trust.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems.
• Valid driver’s license required.
