STORE MANAGER
Reports to: Vice President
Status: Regular, Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Fairbanks, AK
Schedule: Average of 40-50 hours per week. Rotating Saturdays, plus some Sundays during show season.
Compensation: Base salary plus commission and sales bonuses, with estimated earnings potential of $85,000-$95,000

The Position: We are looking for the right person for our Retail Store Manager at our Fairbanks location. Learn firsthand from Alaskan experts with over 20 years in the business. Work with the biggest names and proven models that are the leaders in the industry. The primary role of the Store Manager is to provide excellent customer service to all customers that visit the store, by answering customer questions and concerns, providing advice for customer needs, and providing the best experience for the customer. The Store Manager is also responsible for the daily operations of the store, including scheduling employees, maintaining inventory, and managing the customer experience.

Requirements:
- People Person with Great Customer Service Skills
- Leadership, Sales, and Management Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Organized and Detail-Oriented
- Ability to Lead, Train and Develop Sales and Service Teams
- Ability and Willingness to Learn New Information and Skills
- Technical and Mechanical Problem-Solving Skills
- General Computer, Microsoft Office, and Typing Skills
- Ability to Lift at least 50 Pounds

- 2+ years of leadership, sales, and management experience.
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Technical and mechanical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
