Minimum 3 years retail experience, preferably in home furnishingsPreferably 2 years design experience, or interior design degreeSkilled at leading, motivating and managing a sales/design teamAbility to train, develop, and coach in sales, product and designAbility to establish, develop, and maintain customer relationshipsAbility to interpret profit/loss statements, KPI metrics, and general sales reportsAbility to manage daily operations of a store while achieving monthly sales and gross profit goalsPassion for design, positive attitude, and professionalism is a mustWillingness to work weekends and holidays

OpportunityBassett Store Managers are compensated on an annual salary. In addition, we offer quarterly bonus opportunities.
