We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for a Store Manager to help lead a team of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment
• Coach and develop your team (because you're only as good as your glow squad)
• Drive membership sales and retail performance
• Manage scheduling, labor hours, inventory, and reporting
• Work closely with marketing, customer service and HR to support company initiatives and policies
• Plan and lead monthly store meetings
• Review and submit semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Oversee all store operations including maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure every guest leaves glowing – inside and out
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2 years of previous experience in sales, management, and customer service

REQUIRMENTS

• High school diploma/GED
• 2+ yrs retail sales experience
• 1+ year of management experience required
• Must be flexible and available to work 40 hours per week
