What You’ll Do

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
Deliver friendly, honest, and dependable customer service
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and store appearance
Drive sales and profitability while meeting performance goals
Help customers understand their tire and automotive-service options
Maintain a safe, efficient, and positive workplace
Ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed

Most Big O Tires stores are individually owned and operated by franchisees, and each franchisee makes the staffing and hiring decisions for the individual location(s). However, the Big O franchisees are always looking for new faces with experience and desire to serve Big O Tires store customers.
