Store Manager
Job Location: Petaluma, California
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $70,000-$85,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Description of Position:
Do you have experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role? Our client is seeking a high-energy, motivated Store Manager in Training for a long-term, direct hire opportunity. This role is perfect for someone who is customer focused, driven, and ready to grow into a leadership position. As a Store Manager in Training, you will support brand operations while developing your leadership skills alongside the Branch Manager and District Operations Manager. You'll help drive sales, lead teams, and ensure a positive, customer first environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Train, supervise, and motivate counter staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Help manage daily store operations and ensure efficiency
- Drive sales performance and exceed store goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
- Monitor and manage operational expenses and budgets
- Oversee inventory management using company SOPs
- Delegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure completion
- Promote a collaborative, customer focused team environment

Experience Required:
- Minimum of 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to grow
