What You'll Do
Create Exceptional Client Experiences
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience that feels warm, authentic, and personalized.
- Foster genuine relationships with clients and become a trusted style and lifestyle resource within the community.
- Develop and execute clienteling strategies that drive repeat business and long-term loyalty.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values and service standards.
Drive Sales & Business Performance
- Own store performance and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability targets.
- Analyze business trends and identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve productivity.
- Coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales objectives.
- Create a culture where selling is relationship-driven, purposeful, and fun.
Inspire & Develop Your Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a passionate team of brand ambassadors.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy work environment.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition that inspires growth and accountability.
- Lead with enthusiasm, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership.
Bring the Brand to Life
- Ensure the store is visually captivating, beautifully merchandised, and aligned with brand standards.
- Partner with leadership to execute seasonal floor sets, visual displays, and promotional events.
- Create an environment that feels welcoming, inspiring, and uniquely reflective of the Charleston community.
- Maintain operational excellence in inventory management, scheduling, and daily store functions.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of Store Manager or Retail Leadership experience, preferably within a lifestyle, contemporary, fashion, home, or specialty retail environment.
- Proven success driving sales and exceeding performance goals.
- Strong clienteling experience with a passion for building authentic customer relationships.
- A customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- An eye for visual merchandising, styling, and creating engaging in-store experiences.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze performance metrics and make strategic decisions.
- A positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for creating memorable experiences.
