Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise employees like Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists in customer service, sales, and quality of service.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to the team through daily coaching.
- Develop and foster an inspiring high-performance culture where people love to come to work.
- Build the business through effective scheduling.
- Proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues and train the team on opportunities.
- Assess business analytics and drive key performance metrics through action planning and leveraging team strengths.
- Complete administrative tasks such as payroll and inventory in a timely manner and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Additional management duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work 40+ hours a week, this is a full-time position.
- Management experience in a sale and/or the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational, task management, and delegation skills
- Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and proposed solutions,
- Ability to drive results through others.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS
