Maren’s Fine Jewelry & More is seeking an experienced jewelry professional for a hands-on Store Manager position working directly alongside ownership.
This is an active sales floor leadership role focused on customer relationships, jewelry sales, team support, daily store operations, merchandise presentation, and maintaining a professional and welcoming customer experience.
We are an established independent fine jewelry and accessories retailer built on professionalism, trust, personalized service, and long-term customer relationships. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and wants more than simply “another retail job.”
The ideal candidate already possesses jewelry retail experience and the confidence to speak knowledgeably with customers about jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, precious metals, watches, repairs, and special orders. We are looking for someone dependable, conscientious, organized, and motivated to continue growing professionally over time.

Responsibilities
- Actively assist customers on the sales floor daily
- Provide knowledgeable and professional jewelry sales assistance
- Help lead and support the sales team throughout the day
- Support daily store operations alongside ownership
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and maintaining merchandise presentation
- Support inventory organization and operational tasks
- Open and close the store following security procedures
- Maintain attractive merchandise presentation and overall store appearance
- Assist with customer service issues professionally and calmly
- Support marketing initiatives and store events
- Continue developing product knowledge and sales leadership skills
Qualifications
- Previous jewelry retail experience required
- Strong customer communication and sales skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and some holiday retail hours as needed
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
